Okay, Look

I hate to be cruel, here... but this was one of the more surreal post-Katrina TV appearances, to say the least. And it needs to be discussed, because... well, it is essential viewing.

I warn you. This video of Celine Dion on Larry King Live is stranger than Kanye's slow-to-load "George Bush doesn't care about black people" rant, odder than the CNN weatherman who completely lost his shit when he was interrupted in the middle of his forecast, and even more random than Wolf Blitzer's unfortunately phrased observations about some of the victims being "so poor, and so black."

If you can make it through this without goofing on Celine... well, you're a better man than I. And if you can make it through without goofing on Larry's unbelievable interviewing prowess... you are something even greater.

Odds are against it, though.

The Inpenetrable Logic of Celine Dion
